Maidchelin stars, chapters and café expansion
Three Maidchelin stars are the win condition. The path runs through 13 story chapters, a bigger café (dining area, kitchen, stage), festival menus — and ends at the inspector's visit, the toughest guest in the game.
Money keeps the lights on. Three Maidchelin stars are what the café is actually for — that's the win condition, straight from the game's own pitch: "One rundown café. Five maids. Three stars to chase."
This page is the road map: what the stars demand, how the café grows to meet them, and the guest who decides whether you're ready.

The three-star goal
The Maidchelin guide is the game's prestige ladder — a rating for your café, judged like a critic's visit. The whole management arc points at it:
- Fill the tables. "Fill those empty tables and set your sights on three Maidchelin stars" — the star chase begins with a café people want to sit in.
- Run the menu like a kitchen, not a soda fountain: consistent drinks, fast service, clean receipts.
- Grow the building. A star-grade café doesn't fit in a starter room.
The inspector's visit
When the celebrations are over and the festival menus are cleared, the game warns you: your toughest guest is coming. The Maidchelin inspector is exacting by design — the visit is the exam the rest of your run has been preparing you for.
What the developer's material makes clear, and what therefore belongs on your checklist:
- Stars are earned at a visit, not passively — readiness means having everything you're proud of in place before the inspector sits down.
- The exacting guest judges the whole experience the game builds: the menu, the service you actually deliver by hand, and the state of a café you've expanded.
The 13-chapter path
The story runs 13 main story chapters, woven through the management grind: your inheritance, the five maids' secrets, and the café's climb. Chapters unlock as you progress, and 36 bond stories run alongside them — the personal arc track.
Practically: chapters are the game's pacing mechanism. If the star ladder feels far away, check the story — you're usually a chapter away from the next tool, unlock, or reveal.
Expanding the café
More customers means thinking bigger, and the game ships the whole construction kit:
| Expansion layer | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Dining area | More tables = more simultaneous guests |
| Kitchen | Room for the full menu operation |
| Furniture & equipment | Arrange the café to fit how you actually move |
| Stage | Performances, and the tips they bring |
Arrangement isn't decoration: a layout that matches your serving route is free speed, every shift, forever.
The stage, dances and Dance Video Day
Adding a stage turns the café into a venue: when your maids dance, heads turn and tips fly. It's also a story engine with its own nightly ritual — after closing, Dance Video Day lets you pick a maid and an outfit, record a longer performance, and post the moment on the in-game social media.
That loop is the game at its most self-confident: management sim by day, stage show by night, and both of them feed the same star ambition.
Festivals
When festivities begin, the café serves a special festival menu. Festivals are the game's calendar rhythm — a menu change, a traffic spike, and a test of whether the systems you built hold up under a crowd. Stock ahead through the phone; the courier can't save a shelf you forgot.
The achievement map
For completionists, the launch build lists 20 regular achievements and 3 hidden ones. The shape of the list, per the official feature sheet, mirrors the game's three pillars: the café economy, the story of the five maids, and the show the café puts on. Hidden achievements, as always, are found by playing— the kindest hint this guide can give is: the maids' individual arcs are where the secrets live.
Progression FAQ
Is three stars the ending? It's the win condition the game advertises; the 13-chapter story and 36 bond stories run alongside it.
What triggers the inspector? Progress to the late game and a ready café — the visit is the top of the ladder, not a random event.
Do I need the stage to earn stars? The star ladder judges the café; the stage is part of what a complete café grows into. Build-wide, the tip income from performances funds more of your star run.
How many achievements? 20 regular plus 3 hidden, per the launch feature list.
